Board of Directors

The school board is responsible for the management and policy-making of West Houston Charter School. It is a group of citizens dedicated to ensuring the success and ongoing refinement of the school. The Board is comprised of parents and citizens who bring specific expertise to it.

Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month in The Commons. Your Board wants to hear from you, as it is always open to constructive ideas on how to improve the school and make it prosper. Citizens are encouraged to participate by attending the monthly meetings. Citizens may communicate with the Board by email, or alternatively by submitting a written message to the school Administration for the Board's attention.

The Board of Directors of the West Houston Charter School seek qualified and dedicated citizens as candidates to replace outgoing Board Members. A position on the Board is one of the most rewarding and demanding choices of service one can make to the success of our school. If you are willing to commit your business talents, energies, and innovative thinking to a two year term as a Board member, please submit your Application for Nomination via email or in writing (to the school Administrator).
