Library News

By Lissa Berea

May 20, 2010

Hello Everyone!

It is hard to believe we are at the end of the school year....and what a great year it has been!  Our two Book Fairs were very successful which allowed us to obtain many new and interesting books for the library.  THANK YOU to all the parents, students, and staff who participated in either or both of our Book Fairs.

I would like to extend a big "thank you" to Holly Zurek, Sue Mitchell, the Vasek Family, the Cummins Family, and Half Price Books who all generously donated some awesome books to the library.  The students have enjoyed checking out the new titles.

Please note ALL library books were due on or before Friday, May 28th.  Notices were sent home during the week of May 24th to inform parents of any missing books.  I may be reached at lberea@westhoustoncharter.org or 281-391-5003 if you have questions or need assistance.

Have a safe and happy summer break!

Please note the specific translations indicated. Both books will be discussed at the end of the summer.
